HATFIELD METAL FAB NEWS

Just Added-Jet Edge-EDGE X-5

Just added to our already impressive list of manufacturing capabilities is the Jet Edge X-5 five axis water jet. It features 5-axis waterjet cutting capable of bevel cutting to 60°. Complex 3D parts, including impellers and gears, can be cut in the hardest materials with a taper-free finish. Controlled with the fully networkable Aquavision DI, the system is optimized with multiple heads, nesting software, laser surface mapping and lights-out cutting.

Manufacturing Day 2021

On Oct. 1, 2021, Hatfield Metal Fab held an open house and tours of its manufacturing facility to highlight the importance of the sheet metal industry to both our community and the U.S. economy. Area students and members of the community had the opportunity to see our vast fabrication facility consisting of state-of-the-art fiber optic laser systems, press brakes, CNC machines, turret punch machines, and welding department.

Our Expansion Is Complete!

In the spring of 2021 we began breaking ground for a 50,000 square foot building that will allow us to offer much larger machining capabilities up to 30 tons, including a new 5 axis water-jet machine and 33' hook height crane capability. Construction is now complete.
